How to prevent muscle strain during yoga practice?

Yoga is one of the safest sports in the world, but it still easy to cause injuries if you do not pay attention to the correct practice methods. Yoga is prone to injury, like muscle strain and joint injury. The main cause of muscle strain is insufficient warm-up, so warm-up is very important.
