Learn to protect yourself before practicing yoga.

The yoga practice should be relaxed, you need to control your own rhythm and sweat slightly during practice. After the practice, you will feel a little tired, but it can be eliminated quickly. Yoga practice require adequate warm-up as well. Warming up is an indispensable before yoga practice. It is to ensure that the limbs of the body are not stiff during yoga practice. If you skip the warm-up or is insufficient, muscles and joints can be injured easily. Warming up also wake your body up and calm your mind and body quickly.

 

Do not eat a lot of after yoga practice. Most yogis feel hungry within 1 hour after yoga exercise. Eating at this time is actually very detrimental to health. Stomach and intestines are situated in a relaxation and rest state after practice. Eating immediately will cause overburden on stomach and intestines. In addition, body's blood is distributed to bones and muscles after exercise. Eating food immediately will cause a large amount of blood to flow to the stomach, which will greatly reduce the blood flow and increase the burden to heart.
