Tips of lose fat

Autumn and winter is the best time to lose fat and lose weight. I sorted out some small tips for fat reduction.
It's not that greater the exercise intensity, the more effective it is, but it depends on your best fat burning heart rate.

1. You can't go on an extreme diet only. You should choose a combination of a healthy diet because for fat reduction 30% exercise and 70% diet plays the key role. It should be low in fat, less in oil, and less in salt (too much salt will cause edema).

Do not eat puffed snacks, do not drink carbonated drinks, and quit beer (alcohol will make you fat and it is bad for your health). You don't drink anything with additives and don't eat fried food.

2. Be sure to get enough sleep and don't stay up late.

3. 2L water each day! If you don't insist on drinking at ordinary times, you must insist on the fat reduction period to promote the body's metabolism.

4. Stick to exercise, and the combination of exercise and diet is better! You can start with 15min daily workouts.
