Yoga and Sleep

    Nowadays, a lot of people can fall asleep hardly. They do not sleep well, and they get poor sleep. The worst case is they have already slept for a long time, but they still felt tired when they woke up.

   Their energy depends on the quality of sleep, the better rest they have, the more efficiency they make. But now a great prortion of people lack of sleep,even they do not suffer from insomnia, they hardly feel like they slept well. It is very hard for who are busy and stressed everyday to sleep well and wake up naturally. As they will sacrifice prat of sleeping time on juggle work, housework, childcare, hobbies, and social interactions.

   Sleep quality are connected with a lot of respects , apart from genetic heredity, it also related to outside factors, such as the hardness of bed, the height of pillow, indoor brightness, temperature, etc., 

    But a lot of people who are not sleeping well these days has relationship with anxiety, worrying about the past and the future. While they lying on the bed, but their brain still racing. Sometimes they tell themselves to stop thinking, but their thoughts are out of control.

    The practice of yoga can greatly improve the control of the mind. Yoga can bring the body and mind together and keep the mind in one place. When you practice, you always hear , focus, focus, focus, gradually, your mind will focus on one place, and you will find out your breathing is becomeing healthy and long.

    Yoga is a proper solution to relieve sleep disturbances, or insomnia symptoms, it would not cause dependence or side effects like drugs. Even if you cannot keep practice in your daily life, there is no "bounce" and it doesn't even need to be spent. With just a good yoga wear, you can do yoga at home anytime, anywhere

   Sit still for a while before going to bed, inhale and exhale through your nose, and try solar breathing. It is very simple to do by yourself. Deep breathing calutes the sympathetic nerve and allows the parasympathetic nerve to dominate. Once your brain cools down, you will fall asleep easily.
